The caring understanding, support and wisdom of an experienced guide and coach to hold you up and strengthen you.
1. We work with what has accumulated in you from stress of the past.
2. We look at what is stressing you now and work to get a grip on that. We look at what stressors can be removed or reduced, and what can we do about stressors we can’t get rid of right now, in terms of reducing their impact on us.
3. Build strengths and resilience so we are better equipped to deal with what comes at us in the future, so it doesn’t sink us.
We combine a large variety of fun and interesting techniques that are specifically adapted to or built to address stress. Examples are:

Joshua Tree Stress Escapes was founded by Sabina Clemens, an experienced, grounded, wise and inspired guide.
“The most important qualification for any guide, coach or teacher is walking the walk”
Sabina embodies those words. She embarked on a journey of self discovery and growth 40 years ago and has dedicated her life to supporting others on their path.
She has dedicated her life to living more fully, true to her core self and in the moment and helping others do the same. Finding the best and most sustainable way to deal with stress is the first step on this path. She integrates creative experience and alternative healing arts, energy work, trauma informed methodologies, active listening, holding space, experience in supporting and coaching individuals and groups. and a lifetime of wisdom gained from walking the walk on her own journey.
Marcia Earlenbaugh’s You Who Inc. – Weekly intensive coaching for over 20 years:
Marcia was truly ahead of her time, a total visionary, wise and intuitive with a life-changing approach. She taught, modeled and empowered people to be their true self, how to remove what blocks you from living your fullest life, to live unencumbered by constraints of society and past trauma, how to not be defined only by the hardships or stressors life brings, but to live fully grounded in the present moment and to find and create positive experiences and weave them into life to bring strength, resilience, balance and peace to chaos and generate fulfillment and lasting and true happiness.
